Our Commitment

Every board, box, and grazing table we create is handcrafted with the highest quality ingredients and an eye for beautiful presentation. To ensure every order receives the care and attention it deserves, please review our order policies below before placing your request

Ordering

Payment is accepted via Venmo or Cash App only. Thank you for your understanding!

  • We recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

  • For larger events or grazing tables, we kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and confirm your date.

  • Remaining balances are due no later than 2 days before your event or delivery date.

  • All products are made fresh to order and prepared the day of your scheduled delivery or pickup.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery available within Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Arcadia, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert.

  • Delivery fees(does not apply to grazing tables):
    • Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Arcadia — $15
    • Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert — $20

  • Pickup options are available in Scottsdale upon request.

  • Delivery times are scheduled based on availability and may vary slightly depending on location and traffic.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your order with at least 10 days’ notice.

  • If you need to modify your delivery date or details, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@brieandbloomcompany.com.

Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed or delivered.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Allergies & Dietary Requests

  • Our products may include nuts, dairy, gluten, or other allergens.

  • While we take care when preparing all orders, please note that all items are made in a shared kitchen and cross-contamination may occur.

  • Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing your order.

Presentation & Care

To ensure your board looks and tastes its best:

  • Keep refrigerated until 30–45 minutes before serving.

  • Consume within 24 hours for optimal freshness.

  • Brie & Bloom Company is not responsible for improper storage once your order has been delivered or picked up.
